Here's an idea I had late last night. As always try it at your own risk. I will once I move back into my house (it along with my sauna are currently being rented).
Dr. Hilga Clarke recommends sulfur soap to assist in removal of heavy metals (it binds with many of them...including mercury) . I figure combining it with a sauna could be extra effective.
So, take a hot shower under whatever filter system you have(I have an Aquasauna filter which I believe works well...but there are probably others). Sud up with sulfur soap and leave the suds on your skin. Relax in the heat of the sauna and get your pores to open up. Whatever metals are being released should bind with the sulfur. Shower off after your session. Simple, eh?
If you try this, let me know what you think. Thanks, Joe
This is a blog for those interested in viewing issues of toxicity in relation to the condition often referred to as Morgellons Disease. I recommend any protocol of managing or healing from this condition be reviewed by a medical professional prior to patient implementation.
Some peace while putting the pieces together
I am creating this at the new coffee shop in town. The owner and I just talked about a concept we're calling a "bright ripple". The bright ripple starts with one, builds to two, and keeps growing. It's positive action growing exponentially until it creates a tsunami of bright beauty and chases off the dark. Everyone get your boards and surf the ripple!
