Some peace while putting the pieces together

I am creating this at the new coffee shop in town. The owner and I just talked about a concept we're calling a "bright ripple". The bright ripple starts with one, builds to two, and keeps growing. It's positive action growing exponentially until it creates a tsunami of bright beauty and chases off the dark. Everyone get your boards and surf the ripple!

Reclaiming Your Internal Environment- Part 1

As I sit and think about the steps one could take in reclaiming their internal environment, many avenues come to mind. I suspect some ways are better than others depending on our individuality and specific toxicity issues. Baseline testing through various companies could be an effective way of measuring progress, though I know financing such a venture may be less than ideal for those on a tight budget.Keeping blanket goals for anyone seeking a cleaner internal environment, budgetary concerns and approaches I found to have "the most bang for the money", I will present six parts on the reclaiming process. My suggestions are by no means all inclusive and are certainly open to improvements; still here's the break down in topics for my sharing.

Part 1- Introduction
Part 2- Opening Detox Channels
Part 3- Your Home
Part 4- Specifics Related to Dental Toxicity
Part 5- New Habits to Build into Healthier Living
Part 6- The Progress, Challenges and Stumbles

As always, I suggest those suffering from toxicity (and let's face it...who isn't)bring a medical professional into the picture to share before implementing any health related plans. Your suggestions are very welcome at any point along the way. Let's hope for happy trails, Joe

  1. Joe, Have you read this mini-book? I found it online, I found it worthy of the time. This Doc does sell a product, but I compared his to Merc-out International, almost the same. Good info. http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/59634630?access_key=key-12hnbwsrzrabyvgf0pj4

  2. I took a look at the mini book. The doc has some good information. Thanks for providing the link. I like what I scanned through and need to read the rest. A combined internal and external approach to detox may be best. I wish I understood biochemistry better though...it somehow reminds me of car mechanics (for whatever reason I've never caught onto that either).

  3. I'm now about two weeks into using Rob Keller MD's glutathianone supplements. It has had a marked impact. There was a feeling at first similar to a herx response. I continue to get more and more material exuding from my scalp, mainly, and other locations. I am drinking a ton of water along with it. I'm excercising more. At this point, I can say I am feeling better. I have to think that the cast-off material is encapsulated toxins of some kind, at least that is an upbeat way of looking at them. I have a three-month supply of the stuff, so we'll see where I stand down the road.

  4. Jennifer, I'm interested in hearing how this goes. Please keep documenting and sharing. Thanks, Joe

  5. Another week. Sores have opened up over half my scalp! my chin is still erupting and losing material daily, swabbing my face with a cotton-ball reveals buzillions of tiny black or blue fibers coming out of all the pores, sore or not. The right , ascending colon area and my heart got achey. I think this tells me they are affEcted ares, which I knew. A doctor would be nice! I don't have one who is sympathetic at all.

  6. Jennifer, Please take care. If possible find a doctor who can work with you. I have been considering the glutathianone supplement...but have had other health issues arise. I know it is difficult to take on matters without a professional to voice matters. I think Dr. Dietrich Klienghart, well respected expert on neurotoxins, has an office in Colorado Springs; he has a very long waiting list but his office might be able to recommend someone to you.

  7. Thank you. It's the end of the month, I need to switch docs now. Maybe I can change back to my previous doc, who at least admitted there was a problem, and then possibly see a specialist recommended by Dr Klienghart. Sorry about your further problem. I got to thinking about my 23 years of working in old science departments in old schools- there must be tiny balls of mercury rolling around in all the crevices. I myself broke a thermometer in the early 90s and spent 2 hours trying to pick up all the balls, unsuccessfully. I really appreciate your help.

  8. Here is an article I wish I had complete access to. Pubmed gives the abstract which documents "Extreme fibrosis" in connection to a mercury thermometer breaking in a boy's mouth. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1761770. I really don't think the fibers are as mysterious as we are lead to believe. I've talked to many who discount the dangers of mercury...in all cases they refer to inorganic mercury (as in "my dentist used to give us balls of mercury to play with"). The real dangers come when mercury is of an organic species (such as methylmercury). I wonder how glutathianone interacts with mercury. From your case it sound like toxins are on the move. You live in a good place to find a good doctor. I hope you do soon. Take care, Joe

  9. I tried to read the article, then I searched for it. Can't find it. Is it still there? How odd, if it's gone. I think I am making progress with my robkellermd glutathione supplements, Feeling better, but my liver enzymes went up a little, so I backed off a bit. Finally switched doctors, tho haven't gotten there yet. The glutathione causes eruptions and exiting of substances, which I have to see as a good thing. The more out, the better I feel.

  10. The link I provided was to the article summary. If it is gone, you're right that's odd. I've been trying glutathione as well and finding some pimples appearing. I wonder how it might work combined with something like calcium betanite clay (use on skin and sit in sun or sauna). I'm going to give it a go. It does sound like you're getting stuff out and that's good!

  11. Update: I found a doc, he has proclaimed me to have both Lyme and Morgellons, has put me on a protocol that involves antibiotics, antivirals, antihelmenthics, detoxifiers for liver and kidney, and more. I was WHACKED! I am staying on the glutathione as well, and trying to keep teaching, too, Lord have Mercy! Powerful herbs.

    1. Jennifer! Run! Run! Run! In 5 years of working with Morgellons sufferers, I have not heard even one person say that "they went to the doctor and it helped them" Not even one!!!

    2. Maybe you're right, Russel. I am now getting considerable help from a mechanic. An actual cure, more than silver offers.

  12. I'm glad to hear you've found a doctor wanting to get you on your way towards health. I'm also continuing with glutathione and finding my energy levels much better. I've been trying to focus on nutrition (taking in the good and pulling out the bad). I do think getting your body to be more alkaline and less acidic is important (because of stress, we teachers are often acidic).

  13. Hey Joe,
I have posted your information and am citing your work on my website. Hypertoxicity and information blog for the "M" diagnosis.
I have a physician here in Florida who is a dermatologist if any one wants to contact him I will send you his email privately.
