Some peace while putting the pieces together

I am creating this at the new coffee shop in town. The owner and I just talked about a concept we're calling a "bright ripple". The bright ripple starts with one, builds to two, and keeps growing. It's positive action growing exponentially until it creates a tsunami of bright beauty and chases off the dark. Everyone get your boards and surf the ripple!

Watch Hungry for Change

The folks who produced Food Matters have just released another excellent health related movie. It is made up of mostly interviews of experts. It is free online until the end of the month. The title is Hungry for Change. It is definitely worth a watch!

    Russell, I looked at your blog and see you are promoting nutrasilver. As I view Morgellons as a toxicity issue (specifically mercury as a neurotoxin), I wonder if nutrasilver may add to the toxicity burden(have you seen the "Blue Man" who is blue due to silver consumption?). I prefer promoting the -toxins out, nutrients in- approach.
