Some peace while putting the pieces together

I am creating this at the new coffee shop in town. The owner and I just talked about a concept we're calling a "bright ripple". The bright ripple starts with one, builds to two, and keeps growing. It's positive action growing exponentially until it creates a tsunami of bright beauty and chases off the dark. Everyone get your boards and surf the ripple!

The Cure?

As I sit here thinking of the words to say, I find myself hesitant. In my years of talking about and thinking about Morgellons, I am reluctant to use the word cure and also to find myself promoting a product. Still, I find myself scanning all I know personally and as a researcher about this condition...and this cure makes sense!

The product is called Readysorb. It is a chelator as well as a glutathione booster. I have been taking it for a week and am amazed by the outcome. My energy levels, sleep patterns, thinking and overall feeling of "well being" are better than ever! A bottle cost around $60 from http://www.readisorb.com/ . Related peer reviewed research is found at lipoglut.com . To order, you'll need to give a recommending doctor's name (as your trusted professional).

If you take this course of action, I am truly wanting to hear about your experience. It is very powerful stuff! Happy Healing! Joe

Toxins Out, Nutrients In- That About Covers It!

The TONI group I have started at the Cortez, CO Recreation Center is taking off! The number attending more than quadrupled from the first meeting to the last! The participants actively share in communicating on health related topics. It is very exciting to see people taking charge of their health! If you should find yourself in Cortez, CO on the first Friday of the month, we meet from 5-6 pm in the Mesa Room at the Cortez Recreation Center. Join us!

The last meeting was directed towards heavy metal toxicity and related symptoms. The next meeting will focus on safe detoxification. Other topics have been suggested and I'm looking forward to seeing the group grow.

If you have an interest in starting a similar group, have at it! The more I listen, the more I learn...and, hey, isn't that what life is all about? I am happy to share on how I got started.  Free free to contact me through my website jwkeleher.com. The "Grassroots" approach may be the most productive. The world needs to know what you have to share! (apologies for all of the apostrophes!)

TONI (Toxins Out, Nutrients In) Group

The path of dealing with the Morgellons symptoms set has forced me to look at cleaning out my body and putting proper nutrients in. Those who are managing or eliminating symptoms have taken a "toxins out, nutrients in" approach. Morgellons while horrific has many relatives...fibromyalgia, diabetes, chronic fatigue, cancer to give names to these conditions.

I am doing well. I feel my getting well has a purpose. While I am far from an expert, I feel I have enough knowledge to help others. I'm also amazed at the number of people who have taken the TONI approach to other conditions with great success. Given all of this, I asked my town's Recreation Center if they would support my starting a share group related to this important topic. They have been very supportive!

So, next month we will have our first meeting. I am curious how it will go (and how many professionals and non-professionals will show up). I am hopeful it will act as a catalyst to healing in Cortez...and maybe further. It would be great if it inspires similar groups elsewhere.

I  know many of you feel alone. I know the importance of sharing. I haven't made an entry in some time. I guess I've felt alone and powerless. If you get anything out of this post, let it be this- You are not alone and you have the power to make a difference! Happy Thanksgiving- Joe

A Solution Worth Reading!

I’m once again in a temporary limbo. My house is rented out and still on the market. I packed up and am midway on an east to back west move. I’ve been visiting family along the stages of my move. One quiet day at my sister’s home prompted me to hike to the nearest mall and purchase Mark Hyman, M.D.’s book The Ultramind Solution.

While the title suggest it being all about the brain, it is and it isn’t.  Hyman explains the basics of Functional Medicine while expanding our understanding of the body as a system. Seven Keys to recovery/ balance are outlined along with a six week protocol to “tune up” the system; ultrasimplified, it is a “toxins out, nutrients in” approach.  A plethora of patient recovery stories shows us that a “take charge” approach to the body often results in dramatic elimination of symptoms.

Here’s another book worth a high recommendation. It needs to be on your shelf. Buy it! Read it!

Same Blog. Different Topic

Here's a topic I've been thinking through over the past several months. The research on introverts is blowing open another big can of worms! Please read, share and comment! Thanks, Joe
