If you decide to get amalgam fillings removed, please have it done by a qualified biologic dentist (if your don't, you're certain to have much more mercury released into your system). Bio-compatibility needs to be check by lab (there are several labs doing this in Colorado).Morgellons Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01753542254487267087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4033014841110167668.post-21173369741289042272011-05-08T07:46:38.501-07:002011-05-08T07:46:38.501-07:00Interesting once again. The fillings have been in my mouth for a looooong time, still 5 amalgams in there, but Morgellens did not start until I had crowns, which have the adhesives.I was also bitten by unusual bugs that summer, so I can join those people on that theory, too. I'll be going cilantro tea shopping today. Do you have all your amalgams out?jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09955286260656257413noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4033014841110167668.post-19857074403325708212011-04-08T13:07:01.410-07:002011-04-08T13:07:01.410-07:00Jenny, An old (or should I say former) girlfriend ...Jenny, An old (or should I say former) girlfriend of mine teaches in the Denver district. A lot of people have played with inorganic mercury and have amalgam fillings. The surge and increase in number of people with symptoms I think relates to mercury changing in species to an organic (by interacting with dental adhesive chemicals) and passing through the blood/brain barrier. Once beyond the barrier (as I understand organic mercury is attracted to fat...in this case the brain), the mercury becomes inorganic again. It sounds like you need to have a biologic dentist look at your situation...I would also recommend you consider the water you are bathing in (if it is in a watershed of gold/silver mining...which is likely in Denver...then mercury is in the tailing piles). Definitely get a good shower filter...possibly consider sponge bathing until you are certain your have minimized the toxins getting into your system. I hope these suggestions are helpful. I played with plenty of mercury when I was a little kid! Coated pennies to make them look like dimes, had a lot of fun with the stuff. Got a mouthful of fillings when I was 12, and a few crowns with adhesives a few years ago, and of course prior to the crowns, they grind up the old amalgam, dust flies all over in the mouth. I'll be planting a lot of cilantro this year.jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09955286260656257413noreply@blogger.com
